Using proxy I don't get the forum sites.

tmp.garyr.net/forum/ gives me:
Sorry but the site is tranfering to another host. Please be patient.

The URL of this thread gives the forum site, but there is said:
Sorry, but this board is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

Is there anything you could do to achieve a refresh of the proxy?

There is no problem with tmp.garyr.net btw.
