A minor problem: If i hit Ctrl+Tab twice too quickly, the tabs popup menu is duplicated.

My setting are as described in ... Ctrl-Tab popup on other screen. Tested with with TMP 0.4.0, 0.4.0.1pre.120308a, and 0.4.0.1pre.120313a, all of which have that bug.

BTW, the workaround works very well for me. I.e. wait a few milliseconds before hitting Ctrl+Tab again, which i usually do anyway :-)
