Tab Mix Plus

Ever since TMP went to build 0,4 some of the functionality was lost.

For one the partial view of the next tab is no longer there (see attachment). This allows faster scrolling one by vote through many tabs.

When I first installed FF 12.0 I was able to install ver. 0.3.8.7 as I have dince FF ver. 10 and TMP 0.4. Now the page says that ver. 0.3.8.7 will not work and I have installed successfully 0.3.8.6. I hope this will stay or I will have to install a secong old version of FF (9.0) to use on a charity website where I load 500+ or 700+ tabs.

The current version of TMP is a step backword with respect to this an another that I shall report in the future.

First of all, turn your caps off - not a fish market here, it's a forum.

Second, learn to read and follow instructions. The partial tab has been restored in the latest dev.build:

Sorry about the caps. I have a recent problem with my vision. I'll try it later. I am using 0.3.8.6 right now.

The latest dev.build - 0.4.0.2pre.120417a - (link in my signature) is working well with Fx12. If you have problems with it, please post in the dev.build thread. Notice the Fx12 changes for new tab settings, you may need to reset those if you use Blank Page option for new tab. This is explained under 0.4.0.2pre.120330a changelog in the dev.build thread.

I installed it, but it still does not function correctly:

It shows up at the beginning, but stops as you click on the tab.

What do you mean? Can you describe steps exactly and what happens/what you expect to happen?

When I have a series of tabs, the partial next tab shows up. As I click on it, the partial next tab no longer shows up. I used to be able (Prior to the ).4 servies move through my tabs this way. Now I have move by using the right arrow which can shoot by too fast and slows up my work.

I see, thanks. You may want to come back and check this thread again - onemen (the developer) is on vacation and i don't know when he'll sign in again.
