TMP 0.4.0.2, Fx 13.0b3, win xp & 7
Sometimes, after the browser (with ~20-30 tabs) has been open for a while, new windows that are opened, contain the menu button and the menu (the menu button should not be visible). When this starts, it's consistent and is accompanied by errors that normally are not there. Restarting the browser removes the problem (both the menu button and errors), but eventually it comes back. Can't repro this on demand, not sure what triggers it.
