Create a new profile with no extensions & test = ok.

Install 0.3.8.5pre.100910a and browser no longer works:
i) Tabs are not remembered
ii) No internet browsing is possible (enter a url and press return and nothing happens
iii) The "sessions" tab in TMP Options is totally blank.

Install 0.3.8.5pre.100907a and all works fine (tabs are now remembered, browsing is possible and the "session" tab has stuff in it.)


Conclusion: 0.3.8.5pre.100910a is totally broken

FF 3.0.19, Win XP Pro, no extensions other than TMP

confirmed.
i have a simpler fix to implement tab click options without double-click
double-click is use to maximize/restore window

you are right, the problem is only for Firefox 3.0-3.5
i forgot to implement one module in Firefox 3.0-3.5
i will do it tomorrow

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b6pre) Gecko/20100911 Firefox/4.0b6pre

The Minefield update of today removed TabMixPlus from enabled/disabled extensions, I installed the latest build, restarted Minefield and had everything running smooth, then I closed Firefox and when I restarted it, again TabMixPlus was removed.
This happens all the time, please ask for more info if you need 'em.

No TMP problem, i have seen several extensions with this behavior -> Bug #533038 is landed. In extension folder make a new TMP folder and copy the content from the new xpi file there, to the new folder. Remove xpi file.

  • Fixed: save colorfulTabs extension color in Session Manager.
  • Fixed: Tabmix 100910a not working in Firefox 3.0 - 3.5.
  • Fixed: Fix some RTL margin on tab elements.
  • Fixed: move window by dragging tabbar is jumpy. [Minefield - windows 7]
    notice - when tabbar is glassed double-click on tabbar toggle window size mode.
  • Fixed: with multi-row sometimes new tab button after last tab is partly hidden on the right side.
  • Fixed: can't close tabs after tabs reorder (drag&drop) when using Tabmix drop-indicator. [Minefield]

The bug I mentioned before isn't fixed yet...
Here is the way to reproduce it:

1. New profile with TMP 0.3.8.5pre.100913a
2. Choose mulit-row
3. Tick "Close tab button" and choose "on all tabs wider than"
4. Open several tabs
5. Decrease the width of window slowly

If try to scroll the cut off tab, tabbar will become buggy.

The second small bug is that the new tab button still "floats" in multi-rows.

Merci chao,

1 you had mentioned before few bug, can you provide link to the post with that bug.
2. i can not reproduce it, can you post your Tabmix settings and provide precise and complete steps to reproduce the bugs.
3.any messages in the error console when tabbar will become buggy
look here how to enable the error console
(in Minefield you also need to set devtools.errorconsole.enabled to true)
4. what do you mean by "floats" new tab button ?

or maybe ... the new tab button is 1px above tabbar bottom
and new tab button to is 1px above tabs line - in window 7.

Steps:
1. Using default toolbar set (view -> toolbars -> customize -> restore default set)
2. Using the TMP setting in attachment
3. Resize the window's width to 507px, that the attribute "width" of #main-window is 507
4. Open 5 tabs, the following error shows whenever opening a new tab:
Error: tab is undefined
Source File: chrome://tabmixplus/content/minit/minit.js
Line: 1187
5. The last tab is showing only part
6. Whenever resizing the window, the error above shows several times

there was a typo in line 1187 tab instead of tabs

i'm sure i can push the s in until the next version

Multi-rows:
1. The height of tabs in last row is 22px, the ones of other rows is 23px
2. Here is a 1px gap between new tab button and the bottom of tabbar

Single row:
1. All tabs are 23px high
2. Here is no gap under new tab button

The gap problem doesn't exist in XP.
