Today I first time tried a 0.2.4 beta, the new file tabmix2.xpi, and now I can open a bookmark folder by middle click in the sidebar but no longer in the bookmarks toolbar.
It did work with tmp 0.2.3
Sorry, I've posted the same topic in the wrong forum

I've found a solution.

There is a weird preference:
extensions.livehttpheaders.extensions.tabmix.inversefocusOther

It's set to true
A switch to false and middle click works on the toolbar too.

Live HTTP Headers extension causes more such weird preferences.
I've disabled it now, but had to reset all the preferences manually.

Sessonsaver and Live HTTP Headers are incompatible.

Trying new profiles I found out: If the option to inverse the focus of middle click/ctrl click for bookmarks/history is set, I always can't open a bookmark folder from toolbar by middle click.

actually i think u found a bug in firefox

without tmp u can usually inverse the focus of a bookmark/history/anything
by holding shift while clicking, i just made it to use an option

i tried holding shift while middle clicking on a clean profile and nothing happened

Interesting. I assume that this is on a new profile with the latest beta?

with the latest firefox beta, on a fresh profile if you shift click on a folder nothing happens, it should inverse the focus of the first tab if
browser.tabs.loadFolderAndReplace is set to false, i submit the bug
