Tab Mix Plus

I have two requests:

1. Add events for single left and right mouse clicking. I don't need the right click menu, and I switch tabs by hovering, so I could make the left and right clicks do something else. My laptop lacks middle clicking, and the ctrl/alt/shift clicks are awkward when only using one hand, so there's not much I can do up there...

2. Give the current tab its own minimum size.
