Tab Mix Plus

Im sometimes surfing with a few different tabs, then im thinking... thats a great site i dont want to close it accidental - so i want to protect it. But i also want to surf on this site without opening a new tab....

So it would be nice, if the tab could be protected in a way that only when the first part of the url changes a new tab is opened.

Lock it: Menu/Tab Context menu > CHECK Lock tab. Then Rclick the tab you want to preserve > Lock tab. You can also protect the tab (it means you won't be able to close it by clicking the close button).

Oh... yes, I meant locking instead of protecting in my previous post. But a possibility that only a new tab opens whenever the the domain changes.

For examle:

I go to...


i lock the tab

I click on...



...opens in same tab

I go to...



....opens in a new tab
