I assume you mean the highlighted option in the accompanying screenshot (if I'm mistaken, please let me know if one of the other sections visible here is in error, or if I can look somewhere else for my mistake).
I should probably specify that this is NOT when you right-click and select open in New Tab, but when the code for the page specifies it should open in a new Tab.
As for an example, I believe it will do this with any of the links in the text of the article
http://www.cracked.com/article_20370_6- ... rican.html , but I specifically tested it with the first two links (Wikipedia attribution under Betty Ross picture, and in statement that Ross "never actually made a flag"). To test this, normal-click on one of the links, which will open up a new Tab; then normal-click on the other link, which will open up the link in the tab that just opened for the other link.
