I don't know where to find those options. TMP has lots of options (and I'm not complaining about that). I don't modify or look at them very much, because for me TMP and Firefox are tools to make my life easier, not occupations to spend work or leisure time on. I started searching the menu tree, but I decided it was better to raise the issue here than to walk the whole thing and maybe miss something anyway.

Speaking of which... I just registered for these forums now, in order to post this. In the Options pane just below the Message body, I see "Attach a signature (signatures can be altered via the UCP)". What and where is the UCP, and shouldn't it be linked here?

UCP - User Control Panel, link in the upper right corner. If you have problem with that, you can complain to phpBB.
There's no need for a poll on such a simple matter. A post under Requests would've been sufficient.

Sorry, i don't understand what you mean. I don't see where you want it to go on Help page but the text above is 'fixed' as i think it should be on the confirmation page. Here it is again:

there are some changes in 0.4.0.1 and 0.4.0.2
new tab page, renam-tab panel, help about F8, F9 function
Link panel changes and more...
