I was wondering when you would have a version available that is compatible with v3.5 which was released today?

Install the dev.build from the designated thread in the Builds forum (link in my signature)

The dev Version works fine - thanks!
Do You still develop TMP? I like it and it would be fine if I can use it further on.

Hope you'll update this on the Mozilla Add-on page. This is a good add-on, use for some time now. Thanks for all the work you put into this.

Probably because the last TMP release (stable?) was nearly 10 months ago.

There's a link in that thread with the steps to uninstall it. Just click and read it:
How to remove the .NET Framework Assistant for Firefox. Just Google for more info.

I like the addon, but please add it to the Firefox addons website.

Why isn't it updated on there anyway? The last update is Oct '08.

Can you please post a note to your homepage informing users to download this dev build? It kinda went in a roundabout manner to find this.

Please stop nagging, people. It will be posted on AMO when developers think it's ready. No amount of nagging or nasty posts will change that.
It also often helps to read and learn before speaking. This has been brought up and answered (by developers) a few times now in this thread and others.

With the greatest respect, and speaking as a software engineer myself, a piece of software lives and dies by its users. Therefore it's generally a good idea to make your users happy. I've also noticed that the quality requirement is inversely proportional to cost. You can get away with a $50k piece of software being a pile of steaming doodoo but something which you give away for free needs to be nigh on perfect.

The reason why you get nasty posts and accusations of the project being dead is that the user experience for someone trying to update to FF 3.5 is

- FireFox Check for Updates
- User is told
"This update will cause some of your extensions and/or themes to stop working"

Most users will just stop there. If they hit the "Show List" button then they get told that it's TMP that's preventing the upgrade. Another set of users will stop there and decide that TMP is dead or low quality due to not being updated immediately that FF 3.5 is released.

Those that don't will either google for "Tab Mix Plus Firefox 3.5" or post a nasty message in the forum if they already know about it. Those that google will find

http://tmp.garyr.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9864

It's not entirely obvious that you need to hit the link to the "dev-build" to install the XPI. Also going down this route the user will get warnings about installing software from untrusted sources.

The entire thing could be solved if a section was added to the front of the site which instructed the user to install a "beta" if they are running 3.5 (this page would get found by Google rather than the forum probably) and this had an obvious link no detailed changed log and had an instructions which told the user it was OK to ignore the warnings bout installing software from untrusted sources.

The only way to solve the users who give up before googling is to update TMP on addons at the same time as FF but this is impossible due to the FF making changes right up until they ship a new version and TMP being very sensitive to some of those changes.
