Undo close tab & list not working with latest firefox nigthly 3.6a2

Tab Mix Plus Dev-Build 0.3.8.2pre.090815 Released (Older builds)
  • Fixed: No focus on address bar on new tab, when opening non blank tab.
  • Fixed: With Google Toolbar installed tabmix not open new-tab page.
  • Fixed: Warn me when closing multiple tabs when closing window is broken on latest FF 3.6a2 nightly.
  • Fixed: Option to disable alt-enter inverted new tab functionality from address bar when urlsuffix extension installed.
  • Fixed: Content not focus after flipping to last selected tab.
  • Fixed: Incompatibility with Hide Unvisited 3.5 extension.
  • Fixed: On Mac OS with Tree Style Tab in vertical mode Tabmix fails to init properly.
  • Fixed: Error when append session to current window after bookmark open in the background (Weird tab opening with a frozen tab).
  • Fixed: Wrong background for multi-row in some theme, we use background-repeat: repeat; to make the background image repeat horizontally and vertically.
  • Fixed: Multi-row not working Vfox3 theme.
    Report if you know about other theme that put the tabbar on top of the window (Google Chrome style)
  • Fixed: TMP Options disabled "prevent last tab from closing" when the tabbar was hidden.
  • Fixed: Right click on a scroll button, both the tabs for that direction appear, as well as the right click context menu [FF 3.5+].

  • Added: New Mouse clicking option to Activate/Deactivate tab auto reload.
  • Added: New TMP Option to load Bookmarks group without selecting the first tab: extensions.tabmix.loadBookmarksGroupInBackground
  • Added: Ability to delete closed window from Recently closed windows list by middle click if extensions.tabmix.middleclickDelete is true, or from context menu. also new menu entry was added to clear all closed windows from the list.

what not working? the list is empty or you can't restore closed tab?
any error in the error console?

Sorry onemen, just found a (minor) bug when closing multirows (vfox3 theme). Sad

It only appears if there are set more then 2 rows in tabmixplus options.
I have tested it it with two, three, four and five multirows.

And it does not appear if there are opened (n-1)-multirows of n-multirows.

It only happens on n-multirows, which means if there are set 3 multirows in options of tmp then it is overlaying again when you are closing tabs.
It's all fine when opening tabs and establishing multirows. It only happens after closing tabs or if you are closing the last tab of the last multirow. Let's say you have set 3 multirows so if you close the last tab of the third multirow then it overlays again. And it's only there when there are established n-multirows.

Sorry for sounding like a pain in the a**.

In my opinion it's just a minor bug because one could set 10 multirows in options window although the user only wants to open 3 multirows so then there is no overlaying. So it's currently not that big of a problem.

Just wanna inform you about it.

Here are some pics.
In the example there are set 4 multirows in options and there are established 4 multirows and one tab of the fourth and last row is still there.

All is fine when opening tabs

Now closing the last tab of the fourth row.
And you see it's overlaying. You can also see the close button on the right side which is on the wrong place now.

Tab mix plus (last dev build) has some problem with Chromifox basic theme.
First row, second tab has always some space with fist tab;
Second row, first tab has its left edge cut.

In the new release of tabmix, when I open a new tab firefox don't display web adress (In this case: www.google.com.ar, see image)

Now: when undo close tab, the open tab is focused
Desire: That the tab NOT focused

I think that tabmix need this option: (see image)
There is a way to do this now? By code or something...

This was one of the changes in the build

It appears that certain sites, mostly all the search engines (google, yahoo, bing, ask), are taking whatever focus there is and moving it to the search.

Try right-click and "Save Link As..." to download the new dev version.

Do you know how to install from a file on your computer?

Check your settings under Options > Events > Tab Focus.

Under "Focus/Select tabs that open from:" mine has all but "Links" checked and when I open a new tab (Ctrl+T), the tab is focused and the address bar is ready to be typed in.

i'v rechecked the theme code and i think that the problem is in tab mix

1. we need to stop removing "selected" attribute for unread tab style i'm going to add new attribute "visited" for that. tab that has no "visited" are not read

2. when tab are in multi-row we need to add to each first tab in row "first-tab" attribute and for last tab in row "last-tab" attribute, that a bit tricky because we need to check this for all tabs each time that tab added, moved or removed - so we have to do in efficient and quick way.
