Since this bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=587295 landed the Option in Tab context Menu to "Bookmark this Tab" was removed and it is not one of the available Tab Context Menu options in Tabs Mix Plus Options, under Menu>Tab Context Menu.

If it could be added to next TMP Dev build has a option I would be very grateful.

I'm currently using TMP Dev-Build 0.3.8.6pre.110311a.

I forgot mention that I'm using Win32 20110311 Firefox/4.0b13pre.

I don't know what onemen will say to this but you do know this item is available under the Bookmarks toolbar button?

Hmmm... actually, i do have the item (Bookmark This Page) in my context menu (not Tabs context menu) as well.
I'd say 2 is enough, no?

It would be nice to be able to right click on a tab and select Bookmark This Tab or Page, and actually have it work. It doesn't work anymore. Bookmark All Tabs does work, though. Why not have it work for a single one? I know I can bookmark pages from different locations, but it would be nice to have it right there.

Right where? Do you see the second shot? - that's the main context menu. I don't see why it's not 'nice' if you Rclick/Bkmrk this page by clicking anywhere vs. a tab.

The point is people have used it from the Tab Context Menu has in previous version of Firefox and now have no way to restore that Tab Context Menu Item and has codefrey said TMP does have the for "Bookmark All Tabs", but I'm curious about which one was used more by TMP and non-TMP users, the "Bookmarks this Tab" or "Bookmark All Tabs" from Tab Context Menu.

Others have requested a way to restore that menu item here also: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic ... &t=2129693

I'm just saying it would be cool to have it back. It's really not that big of a deal. Maybe someday...

I'm lost without this option. :x

Oddly, it appears in a screenshot on this site in the Tab Context Menu. So perhaps it was there and was removed.

I don't get it! The shots above show that the menuitem exist under the Bookmarks menu (i styled it into a toolbarbutton) AND under the Rclick context menu. Why do you insist on a 3rd option for the tab context menu? Isn't 2 places and freedom to click ANYWHERE enough?

I understand the confusion of people that have not been using this function, but you see, before one could bookmark any tab by right clicking on it, even if that was not the active tab. Now if I want to bookmark a page I have to switch onto that page. The thing is that if there is no way for the ordinary user of bringing back that option, then we are pointlessly arguing. It is sad when something one uses is not there anymore. But we will overcome it. :D
Things do change all the time. We just have to press some more buttons
Thanks everyone on this thread for the useful information.
