I'm sorry, but this update screws more up than it helps. The tab width is so small that only the favicon icon is visible even if the tab with options are to be 100 to 250 px wide.

Also Multi-row is simply not working.

At the moment I don't use CC or CCO so it should be working, because it did all that time with these addons combinations.

/edit: I re-installed tab_mix_plus-0.3.8.6pre.110321a.xpi again and it works like a charm.

With this latest update I have lost all the customisations of my Tabs - Tab Colours, Font Colours, Progress bar etc.

Though they are all there in the Options panel, they just not working

I have tried the Import Settings with no effect.

I have also tried TMP with a Virgin Profile.

Firefox 4.0 for Mac OS

look HERE how to enable the error console.
report about any messages from the error console after you start firefox

using 0.3.8.6pre.110401b on Ffx 4.0 final, open new tab from address bar does not work anymore

TMP 0.3.8.6pre.110402b does not allow more than six tabs in the vertical tab bar. Reverting to 0.3.8.6pre.110321a fixes it. I have Tree Style tab installed. I prefer to use the vertical tabs on the left side and not the horizontal tab bar.

Test Tabmix on clean profile, don't copy anything from your current profile

Tabmix Dev-Build 0.3.8.6pre.110402b prevents SearchLoad Options add-on from automatically clearing the searchbar and changing the search engine after each search. This problem does not occur when I reinstall Tab Mix Plus v0.3.8.5

Ok, consider me confused now... :?

With a clean profile it works and yet it doesn't work. :cry:

I added a new, clean profile to FF. Then I disabled the .Net framework and the Nokia OVI add-ons (aren't those add-ons I can't uninstall a bug?), didn't touch the Java add-ons and installed TMP ...110402b. Then I started adding more and more tabs and saved a session from time to time.

During the whole process of adding more and more tabs I sometimes tried restoring the session (saved session, closed FF, waited until FF process vanished, started FF again and restored session after FF loaded). When I reached 140+ tabs I finally got a few not properly restored tabs when restoring the session. Upon a second try to verify no problem occured.

Then I started trying the session.rdf from my main profile which wouldn't restore the 230+ tabs session either. When switching back to the new session.rdf (140+ tabs) the restore went wrong again. :shock:

Upon further experimentation I tried clearing the disk cache of FF. After that restoring the session of the 140+ tabs went wrong. Each time I cleared the disk cache before restoring that session the restore goes wrong. When I don't clear the disk cache it seems to be a hit-and-miss issue somehow in my clean profile (with the 140+ tabs). The 230+ tabs session always has issues so far (I even upped the disk cache to 100MB).

What irks me the most is that in FF 3.6.15 everything works fine but in 3.6.16 this weird problem appears. :x
