You guys have the best extension, but I can't get it straight! I would like just one tab group, as far as I know basically; with a prescribed order of the tabs; but when I do Ctrl+Shift+e, it comes out helter-skelter (maybe not the right words but I hope you get the meaning? Please help folks :!: :?:

Sorry sir, I can't explain any more than the above; do you perchance have a USA phone # that I could call this evening from my home landline (I don't have a phone: Timezone same as Chicago, USA) ? :?: :?: :?:

onemen is over the Pond. But try again, i don't get it either. What is happening and what do you expect to happen when you do Ctrl+Shift+e? Go slow and try step by step.

Ctrl+Shift+E, I like to force into 1 group, but each 1 laid out in a horizontal fashion, L to R, not overlaid or in several groups as they often are. Another "irritation" is that when a session is saved normally with time to saveat computer shutdown, it doesn't always restore all tabs even though you select last/next to last session :!: :?: :?:

I don't use groups but i don't think TMP has a thing to do with groups display. onemen will correct me if i'm wrong.
@sessions. TMP suppose to save at Fx exit (if set so), not a 'computer shutdown'. How do you exit Fx? If you don't close Fx but simply shut down your puter before exiting the application, Fx will see it as a crash. What does it mean: 'it doesn't always restore all tabs'? It restores some but not all? Doesn't restore any - they all show blank tabs, one blank tab? Do you get any warnings/popups?

Thanks for your swift reply. I usually try to close Fx before I close puter with enough time for sessions to be saved. I'm curious why the best sessions nearly always best are the next to the last session :?:

Last time I had to close Fx, after it came back up, the Ctrl+shift+e came up with a confusing screen. I know it has something to do with TMP, because it changes whenever I switch from Fx session restore to TMP's. With Fx only, it comes up regular, like I desire: with TMP, it's with extra Windows! The only thing that comes up regular is the List all tabs function at the extreme RH of the tab bar. I hope that things are clearer now?

If TMP doesn't have anything to do with it, how come when I change the session manager from Fx alone, the group display of Ctrl+shift+e Change?

Are you using a theme other than Fx default? I don't use groups so, the one that opens for me on Ctrl+Shift+e looks all right to me (well, it's ugly, needs a style but the order is fine):

Answering previous question about themes: I did use Littlefox, but it was removed or disabled before both shots which I shall try to include with this one reply. Thanks for your help!

walkerpbus,
please don't post zip files - takes time to deal with. Instead, save a screenshot as a .png to your desktop, browse to it/Add file. If you click 'inline' button, they will show in your posts just like i have them above. Thanks.
