Somehow the Tab mix icon is disabled no matter how many tabs i have. Created a clean profile but it was still disabled. Is it a bug? Running Tab Mix Plus 0.4.0.1 and FF 12.

Check your settings for history. If you don't keep history, the list will be empty and the tabs list icon will be disabled.
Fx Options/Privacy > History > Firefox will: Use custom ... >check Remember my browsing ...
