TMP will come out whenever it is ready. Please dont rush a release because at the end nobody benefits.

In the mean time you can try an early version

Why don't you update the dev-build links on the front page so people can easily find this?...

Cool, no need to register here!
I concur to other posts: don't rush, make it work fine!
And indeed, this is the opportunity to see FF 2.0's raw support of tabs, and to see that Tab Mix Plus is indeed more necessary than ever!
Great job!

For the problem of bandwidth, perhaps you should open an account on SourceForge or similar...
I hope this won't cost you monnaie Sad (the English word is forbidden here, in fear of spam...)

Just upgraded to FF 2.0, found TMP RC & applied to FF 2.0 with no problems. Discovered though that choosing restart from add-ons, or from chrome edit plus causes the tabs to load twice on session restore. ie. if I had 3 tabs open on the restart, will have 6 tabs. This does not happen when I close FF, and start again manually.

Minor issue, but thot you should know.

I realised too that the tab mix plus in firefox is a must !

I install FF2 and nothing goes how I expect it! I cannot open a new tab immediatly with a single double click or when I go to my toolbar insted of opening in anew tab it erase my previous web page by loading in the same page the new one!!

This really sucks!

I will downgrade to FF 1.5.07 until tab mix plus come up!

I mean it seriously guy!!

PS: Authors please work on it because I think there thousands that used your extension !!

Really excellent works that even the FF2 has it!!

we are working on the extension. but both of us have a certain amount of time to use it.

if you have problems with restoring sessions, i would suggest that for now, you disable our session manager

Firefox is just not the same without TMP. It is irritating as
heck, expecting things to work smoothly, as per before
and not have them happen.

Godspeed to all you guys working on the next version
and thanks a LOT for all your great work.

Using Firefox 2.0 without TMP is a real pain in the bottom.

I didn't realise how many features that I use come from TMP until I no longer had it.

Great program; if you want to run for President or anything, you have my support.

I can't believe how people can take certain things for granted in life until it is not there anymore. I'm refering to TMP in particular. I upgraded to FF 2.0 and since then no more TMP Sad

Only now have I came to realise how much I use TMP. I have a total of 24 extentions (or Add-ons as it's now called) and of all these; the 2 that I miss most as they are not working with FF 2.0, is TMP and Bookmarks Home. Because of this "inconvenience" I ashamed to say that I find myself using Internet Explorer again and also in doing so; more often. Embarassed

Cannot wait for the new version of TMP to became available; keep up the good work guys! Very Happy Very Happy

Are there going to be new features or is the next update just to fix what FF2.0 broke?

FF is useless without TMP, I'll wait to upgrade till there is a TMP to go with it. Not like FF2.0 really has anything thats pulling me in anyways...

Dumb question...will the new version automatically appear as an update? Or will it be a separate version requiring a new installation.
Thanks...and nice program!

Hi there. Could not work any more in FF20 without TMP so i installed RC2 instantly. Thanks for it.

Small thing: I have unchecked "hide tab bar when one tab is open" so when FF20 opens, i see a single empty tab open. In that case, no close button appears in the tab itself. It took me 10 minutes searching TMP's options until i finally realized what's happening. IMHO it's a little confusing so if possible make it appear by default and add an option in order to remove it.

Oh, i forgot. ReloadEvery placed a menu in the reload button of the navigation toolbar. It seems that TMP does not do that. Is it possible to be done?

Thanx.

its like that by design. the close button doesnt appear in a pure new blank tab, simply because why would you want to close it.

it also doesnt appear when the option "prevent last tab from closing" is enabled. again why would it be there, if we cant close it
